The Cigar Factory in downtown Charleston is set to begin redevelopment as a mixed use commercial space consisting of office, retail, restaurants, and event space. The building, which was built in 1882 should be reopened in early 2015 with modern upgrades, while retaining the Victorian-era commercial architecture.
