CHARLESTON, SC – French skin care company, Guinot Skin Care is spreading to the United States as it is opening its first American based, full service skin care studio right here in Mt. Pleasant. With a wide range of products and services, Guinot has been on the forefront of beauty care. Started over forty years ago by well known chemist, René Guinot, it has been wildly successful in Europe with over 400 studios and sought to expand oversees. With the assistance of Broker Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC., they secured 1169 Oakland Market Road that will open this October providing an excellent location for Mt. Pleasant residents to receive personalized skin treatment. The second location has also been secured in Summerville at the new Nexton Square that is scheduled to open Spring of 2019. Says Charleston-native Philipp: " People are really going to like this touch of France in our Southern Region." Guinot Skin stands to be a staple of the Lowcountry area as their goal is to open four locations within the tri county area: Two in Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, and Summerville.
