Myers Place Business Park is a brand new Class A ''commercial flex'' development with lowcountry architectural finishes. The business park is anchored by tenant, Coastal Kids Dental & Orthodontics, in office Building A and is strategically located near the entrance to Carnes Township with immediate access to Cane Bay and Nexton. Building B has only two shell condition suites available and ready for Tenant upfit.
