The Ice House at Park Circle is the redevelopment of the Reddy Ice site from a crushed ice manufacturing facility to a Class A office park on Spruill Avenue. The project consists of three buildings totaling +/-50,000 SF of Class A office space with a 3.25/1,000 parking ratio upon completion. Buildings 1 and 2 totaled 24,000 SF and were 100 pre-leased to strong regional and national tenants prior to the completion of construction. Building 3 consists of +/-26,000 square feet and was 50 preleased to professional office tenants prior to the delivery of the building. Two suites remain: +/-646 RSF and +/-1,520 RSF. The leasing of the remaining two suites will bring a full lease-up to the 3-building office campus.
