Annie Duryee

Annie Duryee has served as a property manager at Palmetto Commercial Properties since April 2015 and oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate space totaling over 400,000 square feet across the Charleston metropolitan area. Properties under her care include retail shops, shopping centers, and office buildings. Known for her strong owner and tenant relations, Annie ensures the smooth day-to-day operations and long-term value of each property she manages.

Annie lives in downtown Charleston and enjoys an active lifestyle outside of work. She is an avid traveler and hiker, a regular at The Outsiders workouts, and values quality time with family and friends. She’s a member of several civic groups, including Historic Charleston Foundation, and the Preservation Society of Charleston.
