Frampton, a South Carolina native, joined Palmetto Commercial Properties in the spring of 2025. He is a 2011 graduate of Wofford College, where he earned a degree in Government. Following graduation, Frampton built a strong background in public service, working at both the federal level for the U.S. Senator and the state level for the South Carolina Governor.
With nine years of experience in commercial real estate, Frampton specializes in the sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, land, and investment properties throughout South Carolina. He brings a deep understanding of the market and a strong commitment to serving clients with integrity and expertise.
