Rachel Riggs

Rachel Riggs joins Palmetto Commercial Properties with over 20 years of experience in the commercial property management field.  Most recently, her portfolios have contained 4,800,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space and over 300,000 square feet of medical office space.  She also conveys a solid understating of retail, property and homeowners associations, condominium management, and mixed-use developments.

Rachel holds her South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson License and additionally has extensive experience in residential property management.  She has expertise in operating expense reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, executive reporting, project management, tenant improvement upfits, contract bidding, construction management, rent collection, and vendor management.  Importantly, she recognizes the value of maintaining a good relationship between the Tenant and Landlord.
