W. David Latimer

W. David Latimer is a founding partner of Palmetto Commercial Properties, Inc. with over thirty five years of experience in leasing, brokerage and development of industrial, medical, retail and commercial properties. Latimer has represented numerous national, regional and local companies in site selections and the purchase of investment properties. He has extensive experience in section 1031 tax-free exchange transactions and has been involved in the leasing and development of numerous medical facilities in the southeast.

Prior to forming Palmetto Commercial Properties, Inc. Latimer was partner and stockholder of Disher, Hamrick and Myers and a former commercial loan officer with a regional bank located in South Carolina.
