William Allen

A Charleston native, William earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel’s Baker School of Business in 2025 and has held his South Carolina real estate license since 2023. He brings a strong foundation in real estate, with hands-on experience in property transactions, market analysis, marketing, and real estate operations.

William is passionate about commercial real estate investment and development and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship-driven client support. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to understanding client goals make him a valuable member of the Palmetto Commercial Properties team.

Outside of the office, William enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors throughout the Lowcountry.
