Brandon Siler, Owner, Coastal Suds Laundry

Finding the right location for my laundromat was one of the most important decisions for my business, and Jenna Philipp at Palmetto Commercial Properties found me the perfect lot. She was incredibly helpful throughout the due diligence process, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the details that mattered most. Her knowledge and responsiveness gave me real confidence in this decision, which was greatly appreciated given this was my first commercial real estate transaction. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in finding the perfect spot for Coastal Suds Laundry. I highly recommend Jenna and Palmetto Commercial Properties to anyone searching for commercial property in the Lowcountry!
