We are excited to recognize William Allen as a motivated and hardworking member of our team. He continues to grow in his real estate career and celebrates exciting personal milestones.

A Charleston native, William joined Palmetto Commercial Properties, LLC in March 2026, bringing hands-on real estate experience, strong market analysis skills, and a passion for commercial real estate. He recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel’s Baker School of Business and has held his South Carolina Real Estate
License since 2023.

Since joining our firm, William has shown professionalism, dedication, and a strong commitment to building relationships and supporting clients. His background in property transactions, marketing, client service, and real estate operations makes him a valuable addition to our team.
