Winyah Hospitality LLC purchases The Georgetown Times building

Winyah Hospitality LLC purchased The Georgetown Times building at 615 Front Street, Georgetown SC –  on August 31, 2021.  We are very excited about the acquisition and continue to move forward with plans for a 56 room full service boutique hotel.  We look forward to providing more specific details on the project, including plans and timelines in the coming weeks.
